When a download link is shared with clients or colleagues, they can access the download page by clicking on the link. This page provides details about the received files. Additionally, users can switch to gallery mode to view thumbnails for each file. Previews are available for images, videos, and PDF documents.
Note: Due to our use of E2EE for maximum security, there is a file size limit for video previews to ensure smooth and secure viewing.
Downloading Options
Download all files at once:
To download all files together, click on the “Download Package” button. This will download a Zip file containing all the files.
Download individual files:
If they prefer to download files separately, they can click on the “Download” button next to each file’s name.
